Patagobi is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive for 100% uptime, there may be times when the signaling server is unavailable. Furthermore, because file transfers depend directly on your local network and the recipient's network, we cannot guarantee transfer speeds or success rates.
Under no circumstances shall Patagobi or its operators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including data loss or exposure of sensitive data via peer connections.
